I help people navigate transitions, realign with their values, and grow in ways that deepen both personal and professional impact. My work brings together developmental coaching, facilitation, and lived experience — all grounded in the belief that meaningful growth begins with self-compassion and honest reflection.

My approach is shaped by my Canadian-Haitian roots and years spent living in Costa Rica and Guatemala. These experiences taught me to hold space with nuance, humility, and an awareness of the many systems and stories that shape us.

Like many of my clients, I’ve wrestled with self-doubt, inner pressure, and the pull between ambition and authenticity. What changed everything was learning to meet those tensions with curiosity instead of judgment — to see growth not as fixing myself, but as integrating what I’d left out of the picture. That perspective now guides all of my work.

Clients come to me when they’re ready to bring more freedom, integrity, and presence into their work and relationships. Together, we explore what feels stuck, surface deeper wisdom, and practice new ways of being that make meaningful change sustainable.

My facilitation draws on many sources, including Integral Coaching™, Authentic Relating, Polarity Management and Nonviolent Communication, helping people communicate with empathy, act with clarity, and stay aligned with their values — even under pressure.

Many of my workshops are offered on a pay-what-feels-right basis — an invitation to contribute in a way that aligns with both means and values. It’s part of practicing what I teach: trusting in relationship, and creating spaces where money follows meaning, not the other way around.

I believe growth happens in relationship — with ourselves, with others, and within the systems we move through. When learning is rooted in trust and reciprocity, it becomes a shared act of generosity and co-creation that ripples outward into our communities.
